FreshSTL User Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to all FreshSTL users, including people who registered or signed in using Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, or email/password. You can request removal of personal information collected or associated with your FreshSTL account, including information received from Facebook or Google.

You do not need to be logged in or have access to Facebook or Google to submit a deletion request.

1. How to request deletion of your FreshSTL data

1. Email [email protected] with the subject FreshSTL Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address associated with your FreshSTL account, or provide other details that help us find the correct account. You may indicate that you used Facebook Login or Google Sign-In.
3. State whether you want your FreshSTL account and related personal data deleted, or want to request deletion of social-login information only.
4. We will review your request, may ask you to confirm control of the account or email address, and explain the result and any legally required retention.

Do not send your Facebook password, Google password, payment-card number or identity documents by email. If you cannot access the original email account, explain this in your request; we will discuss a safe way to verify ownership.

We aim to process verified requests without undue delay. Processing time depends on verification and any applicable legal or contractual retention requirements. We will communicate with you about the request.

2. What deletion covers

After appropriate account verification, we review the personal information connected with your FreshSTL account, including:

• Facebook/Google sign-in identifiers and available profile details stored for FreshSTL authentication.
• FreshSTL profile information and applicable stored account preferences.
• Associated saved designs, uploads and other user-generated information, where deletion is applicable.
• Related records that can lawfully and technically be removed or de-identified.

We may need to retain limited transaction, tax, accounting, security or dispute records when required or permitted by law. Payment providers, Meta and Google control certain records in their own systems; their independent deletion procedures also apply.

3. Account deactivation versus full deletion

If you still have account access, you can go to My Account → Settings → Deactivate Account. That action marks your FreshSTL profile as deleted and signs you out. It does not automatically remove your Supabase authentication identity, historical orders or data held by third-party providers.

For a full personal-data deletion request, please use the email process in Section 1 even if you have deactivated your account.

4. Remove Facebook or Google access separately

• Facebook: In your Facebook account, open Settings → Apps and Websites, locate FreshSTL if present and remove its access.
• Google: Open Google Account third-party connections and remove FreshSTL if present.

Removing the app from Facebook or Google revokes the associated connection; it does not automatically delete the data previously stored by FreshSTL. Emailing us is still necessary if you want FreshSTL to delete that information.
